Friends Annual Meeting: Star Gazing with the Cuyahoga Astronomical Association In-Person
Join the Friends of the Library for their annual meeting and for a stellar evening with the stars! A special guest speaker from the Cuyahoga Astronomical Association will talk about learning the night sky with binoculars. Did you know that you don’t have to own a telescope to enjoy stargazing? With binoculars, you can see as far as another galaxy!
After the presentation, members of the CAA will have binoculars and telescopes set up outside the library and they will guide us on a tour of the night sky. The CAA is celebrating its 65th year of organizing local astronomers and promoting the science of astronomy to the general public.
