Virtual Program - Slavery in Spanish Florida, presented by the Timucuan Preserve National Park

Explore one of the last unspoiled coastal wetlands on the Atlantic Coast and its history in Spanish Florida's plantation system. Learn about cash crops like Sea Island cotton, discover artifacts that help us understand the experiences of enslaved people and take a short video tour of the tabby slave cabins at Kingsley Plantation.  This is presented by the Timucuan Preserve National Park.
