Banned Books Club: A Clockwork Orange by Anthony Burgess In-Person

Due to popular demand, Banned Books Club will continue into the winter months. Join us as we discuss some frequently banned and challenged books and celebrate our freedom to read!

December 17 - All Boys Aren't Blue by George M. Johnson - the most challenged book of 2024
January 21 - A Clockwork Orange by Anthony Burgess - according to PEN America, this book has faced 23 bans in 2025
February 18 - The Handmaid's Tale by Margaret Atwood - this book has 12 bans in 2025 and counting

We will meet in Room 39 at Shore Cultural Centre. Gain entry to the room by entering through door 3, going down the stairs and through the door. Room 39 is on the immediate right.
