Computer Classes - Basic Computer Skills In-Person
In today’s digital world, knowing how to efficiently use and navigate a computer is increasingly important. If you are new to using computers, it can be intimidating: you may think that it is too hard, too costly, or not for someone like you. You are not alone! Come to Basic Computer Skills and let us set you up for success as you prepare to enter the online world!
Learn how to left-click, right-click, and basic keyboard use and command keys; start, log on, log off, and shut down a computer; create, save, and open a file; create a folder; and rename files and folders. We’ll go over the parts and menus of a computer, as well as common computer vocabulary and some helpful tips on how to use different devices.
All you need to bring is yourself and a willingness to learn!
