Internet Classes - Using Email In-Person

Learn what email is, how to set up an account, how to reply to and send emails, and more. This class will be focusing on Gmail, one of the most common email platforms. Participants will create a secure Gmail account (if they don’t have one already) and learn how to perform basic email functions, such as sending, receiving, and replying to email. They will also learn to recognize and deal with spam, organize and delete emails, and search for messages.

Be sure to bring your charged mobile device, as many emails require Two-Factor Authentication for security purposes. Students must know how to use a mouse and keyboard and/or have completed our Basic Computer Skills course.
